1. 3D Designer / 3D Visualizer (0-2 years experience)

The Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer will be a core part of the design team and will in make and present design options, and communicate the design to the clients through photorealistic renderings of interior spaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

* A portfolio that demonstrates technical skills with 3D modeling and rendering software, sound taste, and an eye for detail.

* 3D designing software Sketchup,V-ray, AutoCAD , 3DS MAX

* Complete knowledge of 3D modeling, lighting, and texturing of designs.

* Photoshop skills will be good to have but not compulsory.

* Ability to think out of the box and adapt designs to client requirements.

* Good Visualization ability to translate storyboards/graphics into complete Design concepts.

* Should be able to take client meetings and explain designs.

* It will be good to have experience in Modular furniture such as kitchens and wardrobes.

Education

Any Graduate (Preferable B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, B.Arch in Architecture, BSC in Interior Design)

2. Tele Sales Executive / Lead Generation (0-2 years experience)

We are looking for candidates who are good at communication in Bengali ,Hindi , English(Preferable).Should be able to work with a team.Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Generating leads from provided database of industrial & corporate clients.

* Responsible for generating 7-8 appointments on daily basis.

* Responsible for follow-up on prospective clients.

* Excel skills will be good to have.

* Good communication, comprehension skills & Active listening skills.

* Positive and enthusiastic attitude

* Should be able to take client meetings and explain designs.

* Fresher / Experience both can apply.

* Personality Fit & Fine.
